Partner and Senior Project Manager
Noel received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1996 and has been working in environmental industry since 1997. In 2001 he became founding partner of BAY, serving as Secretary/Treasurer and Senior Project Manager. Noel is responsible for business operations and management of environmental projects with a broad-base experience in regulatory compliance management and audits; environmental site assessments; and contamination investigations and remediation’s.
Client focus includes implementation and management of environmental managements programs and systems tailored to industry. Certifications held by Noel include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Associate Auditor.
