Mr. Ullmer is a Health and Safety Manager specializing in General Industry Regulations at Bay Environmental Strategies Inc. (Bay). He brings 7 years of occupational health and safety experience. He has experience working directly with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
The position requires a strong understanding of OSHA health & safety, DOT, and hazardous materials regulations. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, to work independently, communicate clearly to different types of clients, perform necessary activities, problem solve, take on new tasks, and work well in groups. Generally, travel is within two hour’s radius of Green Bay; but project work may dictate statewide travel. A valid driver’s license is required. A Bachelor of Science/Arts degree is required; however, an Associate’s Degree will be accepted if sufficient, relevant work experience.
