Erin MaderErin has been with BAY since 2004, beginning her career with BAY as an Environmental Technician and advancing to Project Manager. Erin’s project areas include remediation work, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos inspections, and underground storage tank removal assessments. Erin also assists industrial clients with implementation of environmental management programs as well as completing various environmental reports at the State and Federal levels. With the expansion of the nonmetallic mine industry, Erin has transitioned into assisting clients prepare the proper nonmetallic mine storm water and erosion plans.

Tyler BreitenfeldtTyler has been with BAY since 2010, beginning his career with BAY as an Environmental Tech, Environmental Project Specialist, and advancing to Project Manager. As a Project Manager at BAY, Tyler provides professional services focusing on industrial environmental compliance & reporting, wetland delineations & waterway permitting, asbestos inspections, storm water pollution prevention plans & inspections, wastewater monitoring & sampling, and phase 1 property assessments. While at BAY, Tyler has participated in numerous continuing training opportunities such as Basic and Advanced Wetland Delineation, Plant Identification, DHS Certified Asbestos Inspector Training and 40-hour HAZWOPER courses. Tyler received a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Policy & Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he gained valuable environmental experience through public and private industry internships, field, and course work.

Noel VerschNoel received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1996 and has been working in environmental industry since 1997. In 2001 he became founding partner of BAY, serving as Secretary/Treasurer and Senior Project Manager. Noel is responsible for business operations and management of environmental projects with a broad-base experience in regulatory compliance management and audits; environmental site assessments; and contamination investigations and remediation’s.

Client focus includes implementation and management of environmental managements programs and systems tailored to industry. Certifications held by Noel include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Associate Auditor.
